I do appreciate my customers choosing me as their groomer and intrusting me with their woofas but unlike a large company or chain, it is becoming increasingly difficult for me (and other small businesses like myself), to absorb all of the industries price increases, van costs, repairs, and my time spent just sitting in roadworks just to get to peoples houses to start my job.
These are just some of my own businesses outgoings, while other small businesses have their own different costs they need to budget for just to stay open.
We would all do it for free if we could, as we truly love what we do, but unfortunately, after we have paid out for the running costs of our business, we need to then pay our own bills, have money to live on, have money to care for our own dogs.
We love our jobs and all our clients too, each and every single one of you. We know you all by name and most of your families names too, as with a small business, you get the personal touch. ❤️
