From 10th June 2024, it will become compulsory to microchip your cat.

The purpose of this new legislation is to ensure that lost/missing pets are more likely to be reunited with their owners and families.

For we want to share some BRILLIANT news 💙

Nora, who was surrendered to us earlier in the year, went on a massive journey with her fosterers. They have supplied her with a good, loving, stable environment where she is getting the training she needs to help her nervousness.

We are delighted to share that Nora has now officially been adopted by her amazing fosterer. We are extremely excited for her and the new life she will have 🥳🐾

🐾 Spring Alert: Beware of Toxic Plants! 🌸

As the flowers bloom and the weather warms up, it's essential to keep a watchful eye on our furry friends. While we all enjoy the beauty of spring, some plants can pose serious dangers to our beloved pets.

One of the most common spring dangers for pets is toxic plants. As we begin gardening and landscaping, it's crucial to ensure that the plants we choose are pet-friendly. Many popular spring flowers and plants, such as lilies, daffodils, azaleas, and tulips, can be toxic to dogs and cats if ingested.

Pet owners, it's time to gear up and protect our beloved companions from those pesky tick bites! As the weather warms up, ticks become more active, posing a threat to our pets' health. Here are some tips to keep your furry pals safe:

Regular Checks: Make it a habit to thoroughly check your pet for ticks after outdoor adventures, especially in wooded areas or tall grass.

Tick Prevention Products: Consult with your veterinarian to choose the right tick prevention products for your pet, whether it's spot-on treatments, collars, or oral medications.

Landscaping: Keep your yard well-maintained by trimming grass, removing leaf litter, and creating barriers to discourage ticks from entering your outdoor space.
