👋Hello

As it’s been nearly 2 years since we set up Take the Lead we thought it was about time we introduced ourselves and let you know a bit about what we do…

We are sisters Kelly & Nikki and you could say we are slightly dog obsessed! What started off as a small idea of a business has now grown into our (very busy) full time jobs. We offer fun and stimulating group walks around Bath’s beautiful countryside and having grown up in Bath we definitely know the best places to explore with your gorgeous dogs🌳🐾

We know it can be hard choosing a dog walker to suit your needs so here are a few things you can expect when your dog comes out with us…

✅To travel in comfort (we don’t expect your dog to share its personal space in the car unless they are happy too)
✅We will always have both of us on the group walk so we can give lots of attention to the individual needs of each dog (also, should the unexpected, happen we are able to safely handle any situation together)
✅be in a group of well matched dogs to provide a fun, happy and stimulating walk in a safe and controlled environment
✅arrive home tired, happy & clean (as clean as possible bearing in mind during the peak of winter or particularly wet days dogs can get extremely wet & muddy)!!

Our small group walks are perfect if your dog needs a little bit of extra attention whilst also enjoying the company of other dogs!

A “quieter” walk provides an enjoyable & stimulating hours walk perfect for dogs that can easily get overwhelmed when out & about🌿

We🖤solo walks ~ it means we get to have 1-2-1 time with your dog and really get to know them.

Also handy for more mature dogs that prefer a slower pace, or dogs that don’t particularly love to socialise.
