I qualified in 2022 with my MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour & Training, but have been working with dogs, particularly rescue dogs for a number of years now. I'm passionate about giving confidence to fearful and reactive dogs, whether through 1-1 walks or training sessions. My approach is about building your dog up to gradually be able to cope with the world. I'm not a 'quick fix' trainer as I don'

t believe quick fixes give your dog the skills they need to live a happy enriched life. I work with positive, force-free methods

I hold further qualifications from the Dog Training College, Karen Pryor Academy, Canine Principles and more.

This was a visit to ADIN rescue dogs Roxy & Rio, to create some advertsing material, as they had been with the charity for many months with no inquiries. Luckily a wonderful couple saw the video and have taken this mother & son staffy pair on a trial adoption!

This is so important. Want your dog to stop doing something? Train them to do something else that they can't do at the same time as the unwanted behaviour and make sure the new behaviour is more rewarding! 😁

We're starting 'match to sample' training today! I've decided on the cue 'hunt' (I tried a few different options initially, but they were too similar to behaviour cues Angel knew!) I'll post a full video when we get there! 🤣

Hello! I'm Robyn, founder of Obbie & Co. I’ve always loved animals and taking care of them is my passion. I’ve been working with rescue dogs for the past couple of years, but have been looking after pets my whole life.

I love working with dogs that need a bit of extra help - whether they are dog reactive, very anxious or just need a bit of training to walk well on the lead. That’s where my one-to-one walks come in. These are shaped around the needs of each dog and will incorporate positive training methods (I’m more than happy to continue a training plan you have one in place, especially if you are consulting with a behaviourist)

I'm currently studying for a Master's Degree in Animal Behaviour and Training, have a qualification in canine first aid and i'm fully insured and DBS checked.
