This is a post that no one would ever want to write or should have to write. This is most people’s worst nightmare and the emotional trauma and pain we are going through is unbearable .
We have had a dog seized going back a few months ago. For numerous reasons they have had to keep it quiet. We have been blackmailed by the police and had threats of prosecution . The dog was seized through accidentally injuring his Foster , we have seen the injury and it certainly isn’t a bite as described by the police! There are two sides to every story and sadly this poor dog doesn’t get to tell his. We have been told we need to sign paperwork to have him destroyed because since being seized for injuring someone they have now typed him a pitbull which is absolutely ridiculous. Wiltshire police are determined to make this poor dogs life hell one way or another. So to cut the the long story short…..
This is going to cost us thousands of pounds to take this to court and we are asking if any of you can help?
Before it even goes to court, we are looking at £3000+ As a nonprofit Rescue we rely on donations. This time of year is when every rescue struggles the most and that’s without issues like this. Can anyone offer their support financially or offer their services, ie qualified solicitors.
He’s just a baby 15mths old and we don’t want to give up on him.

Does anyone know anyone who works in the council pounds that the police are likely to use? We need someone to come forward and offer him a home that has had reasonable handling of him?
