A Little About Me

I grew up with dogs and never gave it a second thought that the dog profession was a job back in the day. Fast forward and here I am with a new business, Canine MK Dog Services offering dog walking and evening sitting. I was first inspired many years ago by a lovely lady, Fran Griffin who ran a dog obedience, puppy class and agility business in Milton Keynes. Fran welcomed me wi

th open arms so that I could gain some experience in the dog world. That was some 20 years ago and I still go to her today even though she is in Wales. After my father died in 2017, I went part-time at work and decided to utilise my skills socialising for the Medical Detection Dogs based in Great Horwood. Since then I have never looked back and here I am with my own business at last! Since starting with the Medical Detection Dogs I have socialised several dogs and puppies. It’s tiring having puppies running around peeing everywhere, ruining your best furniture and stealing things they should not have however its satisfying being part of their journey into growing up. Along with Fran and this adventure, it inspired me to set up this business offering the best possible service and meeting the needs for you and your dog. We all lead busy lives and if I can help look after your four legged friend whilst you go about your business then contact me and I will be right there.

It's with great sadness to announce that Loftus 'the ball finding king' went over the rainbow bridge. He will be hugely missed. He was such a brilliant finder and seeker that I have donated my earnings to Medical Detection Dogs an amazing charity I am associated with. Run free Loftus 🐾 🐾
