✨ Customer Notice ✨

We currently charge a daily rate, not per night. From 1st August 2024 morning dog collections will be charged at half the daily rate.

Any dogs that are collected earlier than the booked date will also require full payment.

A friendly reminder of our cancellation policy for all our customers🐾

Unfortunately we’ve had a number of bookings cancelling the day of their booking or not showing up.
As a small business this is deeply upsetting as we are unable to make use of those kennels due to the short notice.

Therefore we kindly ask that all cancellations are made a minimum of 7 days prior to the booking date. Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in a 100% charge of the booking fee.

If you are looking for kennels over the festive season, we have limited availability for Christmas, and are fully booked over the New Year.

We will be closed to the public for the 25th and 26th of December 2023.

🌟 Holiday Notice 🌟

From 5th September 2023 - 12th September 2023 the boss is away on holiday 🌞 Therefore, any messages sent via Facebook/email will not be responded to until she is home.

The kennels are still open and operating as normal this week. If you’re dog is staying with us and you have any questions or queries, please ring the direct landline noted below, as Facebook messages may not be seen in time.

We would like to wish all existing and new customers a very happy and healthy 2023 and thank you for all your continued support throughout 2022!

Due to the increase in utilities and cost of living, we have had to slightly increase our prices for 2023 as stated below;

‼️ PRICES FOR 2023 ‼️

1 dog per day - £15.00

2 dogs sharing one kennel per day - £25.00

3 dogs sharing one kennel per day - £30.00

Extra large kennel per day - £40.00

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️

Due to a number of last minute cancellations and several customers not turning up for their bookings, we will require a 50% fee of the total booking if the cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the reservation.
