What is the best thing to do when a training session doesn't go the way you want it to?
Are you getting frustrated because your dog is not picking up the lesson you are trying to teach them?
The first thing to do is stop. If you keep going you may make it worse as they will feel your frustration.
Then take a break. This will give you and your dog time to relax.
Before trying again go through the reason why your dog isn't getting it.
Are you making it clear enough what you want your dog to do?
Is your timing right?
Are your rewards motivating enough?
Have you been trying too long and your dog has go board?

Our class dates.
Puppy classes are for puppies aged 2 to 6 months old. When you book the puppy we send you a puppy socialising checklist to help you along with socialising your new buddy.
All classes are 50 minutes long once a week, for 4 weeks at £60 for the course.

Do you know you 3 D's of training?
Always remember when teaching a new behaviour:Duration, the time they will hold to new behaviour.Distance, how far away you can walk and they still do the behaviour.Distraction, and last but not least, will your dog still do the behaviour with distraction's around.
