Lovely big Tino went home today after 3 weeks with us being backed. Hes coming back in spring to be brought back in to work ready for summer ☀️

This is Geeza and Gr**go, lovely young Hungarians from the fabulous devils horsemen here for a couple of weeks schooling. Jake has worked for and with the devils most of his life and absolutely loves bringing on youngsters and preparing horses for filming so we are really lucky to be able to have these guys up here to work with. 🌟

Sliabhan Aonaigh (Fury) 3 rising 4 year old registered connemara gelding, turning 4 in March. He measures in at 14.3hh at the moment.
He has been backed and ridden away and is a really fantastic competition prospect.
Hes seen traffic, been ridden up and down our lanes, ridden through woods, streams, out in open fields on his own and with other horses. Has 3 good very balanced paces in the arena and out in the open fields.
We have taken recently him to arena hire and he jumped fantastically, over both cross country fences and
Show jumps. We feel he would be an incredible event/showjumping pony with the talent he has. Hes jumped literally a hand ful of times and to be the standard he is, is very exciting.
He also loaded and travelled perfectly. He is ready to go on and be produced further, no novices as he is newly backed and a competiton bred chap so competent riders only. Up to date with vaccinations, wormer, teeth and feet. Suit competition home N/N hwsd. Based north wales. Sy22

Lovely trip to Radfords Equestrian arena hire this morning, everyone was fabulous the babies 👶🏼 and the youngster! Lovely pop this connie has and impeccably behaved 🌟 a very fun competitive pony for the future.

We are taking our 3 year old to arena hire tomorrow so here we are just loading this afternoon to be sure the horse is happy.
He didn’t hesitate and we have a drive round the block, preparation to take a youngster out - ✅

4th and final week for the lovely 3 year old welsh section D here to backed and 3rd and final week for Molly our 8 year old TB schooling livery. They are in a super place and ready to go on with.

Winter is tough and we are in the thick of it, if you want your horse tuned up ready for you coming in to spring or have a youngster you want starting do get in touch. We are a very small personal set up here and have very limited numbers at any one time to provide the best service we can. Get in touch if we can be of help.

3 year old connemara, with the most effortless canter transitions 😍 as nice as the weather and view.

So once basics are established which varies on each horse. We introduce other things as and when the horse is ready. This garrocha type excercise is good for weight displacement, desensitising and to see if the basics with moving off leg and steering are there. Here is fury working it out and listening to Jakes questions.

Sliabhan Aonaigh (fury) lunged over a couple of small jumps this morning showing us what a fabulous shape and pop he has.
He is 3 rising 4 and currently 14.3hh for those interested. Class competitive pony for the future ⭐️.

Meet Sliabhan Aonaigh, a lovely 3 year old registered connemara gelding of ours. Hes a performance bred chap with a smashing jump. Jake is going to produce him over winter with the view to look for a new post code for him in spring. I ll pop updates on here as and when for any one interested in a fab competition type.

Our connemara has started under saddle and doing well and Kizzy had a lovely hack before she’s off home tomorrow. A dry day! 😊

Kizzy on the left is off home friday, shes been here for the past three weeks to be backed and ridden away, lovely mare 😃

On the right we have a new face, a registered connemara gelding, 3 year old and of a nice sporty type! He is ours so we will be working away on him over winter to see how nice we can get him 🌟

Our next intake of breakers and schooling liveries will be in November if you are wanting a space do drop us a message.

Huge shout out to Cox Equestrian Services !!
Zeus was there for 3 weeks, and he has come back with a beautiful mouth, full understanding of what your leg is asking and my biggest thing, a dream to mount.

The communication was fantastic throughout, and I had constant updates.

Will be sending anything I need breaking or schooling or anything that needs starting to Jake.
