I’m so upset by the recent news. I don’t think it’s fair at all.

If you continue to ban breeds, then the irresponsible people creating these HORRENDOUS examples of these dogs, will find a new breed, and the cycle will continue.

STOP the cycle. Instead of banning a breed, regulate the breeding standards, hold people accountable for the TRAINING of their dogs, background check the people BUYING these dogs.

I’m honestly fuming.

The XL bully breed, one of my favourites to train due to their affectionate side and goofy excited energy! My two most common breed of dog I get for aggression and reactive behaviour is labradors and German shepherds BUT they are not the ones they are claiming dangerous and ‘should’ be banned, why?

NO breed should be banned, at the end of the day it’s us as owners who need to take responsibility, train our dogs and do the right research into the breed we choose.

If you know your dog is anxious or aggressive it should be muzzled, have the correct equipment and should be seeing a trainer regularly!

Genetics play a HUGE part as well as how you bring up a dog. Neurological disease, brain injury and trauma can also bring on unwanted or dangerous behaviours.

The XL bully breed lately has been over bred for fashion and through back yard/puppy farms with no proper socialisation and being poorly bred causing alot of behavioural problems this is HUMANS FAULT not the dogs!

I believe all breeders need a license to breed any dog with full health checks etc and do full checks on the new owners and the owners to prove they have the right lifestyle & done the correct research into the breed before they purchase any dog.

The XL bully is one of the best breeds I train, highly intelligent but also stubborn and very affectionate and loyal! Let’s not point our fingers to the bully breed when it’s HUMANS that are at fault!

Here are a few ways you can spice up your dogs kibble! Dogs can get bored of foods sometimes and it can be difficult to know if they’re getting the right nutrients!

Kibble wise I could not recommend Bowman’s more. kibble has such a high protein content, all different sizes of kibble to make it easier for your dog to eat and their ingredients are natural 🤩

This method also means that you will use less kibble overall and you might even save yourself some money 🤩

Another fairly new addition to the crew is Gus, a staff x Sharpei who has really bad arthritis bless him so we do loads of enrichment and play lots in the garden aswell as short walks round the block for him 💙
