Sooo this last month or two has been absolutely manic, work and personal.. So here's just a snippet of what I've been sending out to my wonderful customers lately, than you for all the messages about how much you loved your items. I've just had a mad messaging reply session 🤯🤯 ORDERS 2022..I AM TAKING ORDERS BUT I'M FULLY BOOKED UNTIL FEB! I will only be able to take a limited amount of orders for February that are for Crufts to make sure its all done in time. This year is going to involve alot of change for me and its going to be hard work but positive.. On that note, I won't be able to say yes I'll squeeze it in to everyone, I need to make sure I only take on what I can do.. Massive HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all 🎉😄😄

Ok, I've just had a crazy session of message answering, everyone has had a reply, if you havn't then your message isn't showing and I'm pretty sure I've lost a few.

SO... my Christmas books are closed before they've opened! I'm now fully booked for this year. I simply do not have any room left to get things done and out, obviously if you've already enquired and we're sorting out your order then that doesn't mean you. But no new orders for anything other than maybe a few small items I don't have to make like bags/clothing but again, I won't take many more on.

Thank you to everyone for your business, support and most of all patience waiting for me to answer, it really is a crazy time and where time goes I don't know 😳..

⛄️🎁Christmas closing time🎁⛄️
Pretty Pennys will be closed for the whole of December 2020, I want to thank all of my lovely customers who have kept me more than busy this year its been amazing. However I have not stopped and need a break, I also have a new building to move the business into which I need to decorate and get set up. So no more orders will be taken until Jan 2021 where I will be opening in a new building, revamped website, new ordering system and let hope a new show season coming soon after!! I will still check messages and answer enquiries etc...Any orders already placed will be finished and out very soon and also people who have enquired but not ordered yet I am still able to do those aswell so don't worry :)

Crufts Countdown!!!!
Just a quick update for all my lovely customers, Crufts orders are well on the way to being finished and leaving, some went yesterday, a pile will be leaving tomorrow, Toy, Utility and Gundog orders first so everyone gets everything in plenty of time. I will message you as your order leaves so you'll know to look out for it. who needs sleep!!

Orders for covers guaranteed for Crufts can only be taken up until this Saturday 25th due to a very high volume of orders lately. Orders for bags and clothing etc can be taken until Sunday 2nd February. Other items such as bags, clothing and bed pads need to ordered by November 30th..
