So thrilled to have been even a small part in Austins run up to the Paralympics! Good Luck we will we watching all the way 🌟🇨🇦🌟

In the lead-up to the Paralympics, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to get some training sessions with Eilish Smith on the mechanical horse at The Dressage Shed in Limavady. This has been great, providing me with guidance on technique, improving my posture, and my positioning.

Thank you so much to Lynette for organising today and for everyone braving the weather 🌧️

The dressage shed has come to TEC 😍❤️ one lesson and I'm feeling motivated and proud as punch of my gorgeous Soto. I had lost my mojo and today was a huge push back to the possibility of doing more than just my daily routine. Big thanks to Eilish and I hope everyone else enjoys today as much as I did.
