Hi my name is Rachel and I’m a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist working in the Kent area. I offer online and in person therapy. I work with adults and teenagers.

I offer a specialised weight loss programme 'Slim Via Hypnosis', I am also qualified in Thought Field Therapy (Tapping). I offer past life regression and I have also done further training in PTSD.

I am always doing additional training to ensure that my skills and techniques are always up to date and to ensure that I have many tools to help all of my clients.
Each treatment programme is tailored for each individual client, relating to the what they need help with.
