To everyone that thinks grooms have a lovely job and the equine world is glamorous… I present to you - Willy washing! It is SO important to be kept on top of, as poor Watson (who is NEVER shy of letting his manhood hang out for all to see) came in and had a bloody patch on his parts. This was due to an accumulation of dry skin which had just got caught and rubbed off. Thankfully as he isn’t shy I knew he’d be more than happy for me to sort it out for him 😂 and of course as soon as the camera came out he was TERRIBLY shy. This job definitely isn’t for the squeamish 🤢 at the end you can see the beans that I got (and that wasn’t all of it) After a very wet and muddy year it’s no wonder he was slightly over due this but hopefully he’s much more comfortable. Not sure I want to add this in as a usual service… saved a croissant for the drive home and definitely didn’t feel like eating it 🤢🤢 planned on jacket potato with beans and cheese for dinner - that’s also off the cards for at least a week 🤣🤣🤣🤣
