The Benefits of Heat 🔥

Heat has a range of benefits when used correctly under guidance of a qualified vet physio which include:

🔸Pain relief; minimises discomfort which can be used in addition to pain relief medication particularly beneficial for arthritis and back problems.
🔸Reduces stiffness; increases comfort and flexibility to allow greater mobility.
🔸Relaxtion; reduces stress.
🔸Reduce muscle tightness and spasms; heat relaxes muscles which reduces tightness and spasms improving flexibility.
🔸Aid healing; increasing blood flow containing oxygen and nutrients to cells in muscles to aid repair and removal of waste products and toxins.
