🐶Polite reminder🐶
Hey all, I hate talking about the money side of things but it needs to be discussed.
The majority of my clients are great and get it to me before the week or day is out! It’s just a gentle reminder that this is my business and I need to pay bills.
💰Payment 💰
• When I am house sitting the 20% deposit will be taken once the first meet is done and we have agreed on dates.
• The remainder is needed when you return home.
• If I am booked in to walk. Payment is needed on the same day. If I’m booked in for anymore than 1 day then payment is needed on the last day I walk.
• No further appointments will be made until the last payment is made.
🏠Home stays 🏠
• The first meet up is free of charge to make sure me and your dog get along. I cannot look after any dog I have not met as it is a danger to me and your dog.
• When booking a home stay, 20% of the overall cost will be taken once the meet up has taken place unless we have discussed otherwise. The 20% deposit is non refundable.
• Once the agreed dates have been set and the deposit has been taken you will have 1 opportunity to rearrange.
🐾Walking 🐾
• When cancelling a one off walk I require 24 hours notice.
• If you are cancelling anything more than 2 days then I require a weeks notice. This is to insure that I am able to fill your slot up so I don’t miss out.
• Before walking any dog for the first time I will need to meet the dog beforehand.
