Hi guys, we are desperate for DOG foster homes.
If you are at home most of the time and have the time to help please, please get in touch.
The dog situation is now critical .... we have no dog foster homes left and we are being asked every day to take urgent cases. It is breaking us to have to turn them away.

You need to live within 15 miles of B32 (Birmingham) be at home most of the time, any animals you have must be neutered, vaccinated and de-flead and wormed and you would need your own transport (not absolutely essential but would be extremely helpful)
We supply all your foster animals needs....food, bowls, crate if needed, collar and lead and a bed.
We also needed animal free foster homes.

Great analogy

Simple Analogy—Why we can’t save them all…

Every time rescue is asked to take an owner surrender- we have to somehow make room on our little raft for that dog.
When an owner says stuff like “I don’t have time to give them the best life” or “I have to move” or “they have too much anxiety” it really falls flat because that means if we bring them on the raft, another dog out there in the freezing water gets to die.

Every day rescue adjudicate life and death by gate keeping who can get on the boat.

Rescues and shelters are the tiny Rescue Boats.

The Ship is our community at large.

The iceberg is comprised of puppy mills, careless owners, backyard breeders, and a$$hats who dump their animals.

Just had to share this ... I have been listening to an audio book by Abraham Hicks on Law of Attraction and the crux of it is that we need to be aware of what we are thinking, speaking and doing and I was like OMG Yet another positive for Mindfulness. I can honestly say that Mindfulness has changed my life, mentally, physically and now this WooHoo
