Good afternoon,

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your unwavering support of K9 Cutz by Fay.

Due to inflation, rising costs of running the salon, unfortunately I have no option but to increase my prices.
As of the 6th January 2025 there will be a £5 per dog price increase for all full grooms.

Rest assured I will ensure my prices remain as competitive as possible, whilst maintaining the high standards and personal touch that you and your dog deserves.
For any bookings that I already have in my diary, I will honour the regular price but going forward the price increase will be applied.

Thank you for your understanding and please note this decision was not taken lightly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/No shows/Missed Appointment

Whilst I understand sometimes appointments have to be cancelled in an emergency, as a small business I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice where possible, prior to appointment cancellation as this will enable me to offer your space to another customer on my list.

I reserve the right to charge the full price of your dogs groom for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This will be payable prior to any future booking with K9 Cutz by Fay.
