One of our favourite ways of eating sprouts - perfect for using them up or if you're simply bored of salads!

The bright pink colour of this dip looks stunning on the table and the peppery broccoli sprouts added to this one balance out the sweetness of the beetroot perfectly.

All you need is chickpeas, garlic, cooked beetroot, broccoli sprouts, olive oil, cumin and salt.

❓What are the white fuzzy bits I can see on my sprouts and are they safe to eat? 😬

Ever panicked after seeing little white hairs on your sprouts and thrown them away in case it was mould? You're not alone!
If you're new to sprouting or eating sprouted seeds you may wonder what the white fuzzy bits are on your sprouts and whether it's ok to eat them.

Well, it's good news! These white fluffy bits are usually just tiny little root hairs and your sprouts may just be feeling a little thirsty. A plant sends these out to find water, so they're perfectly healthy, and once you rinse them most of them should disappear 😀
