Unfortunately if you don’t brush your dogs on a regular basis then they end up matted. This is painful for the dog and cruel. This poor Cockapoo had to be completely shaved off. She was so much happier at the end but shouldn’t have got in that state in the first place. ( owner was aware of cyst above eye
