Hi everyone, just a couple of things.

Appointments, due to holidays, family commitments (taking Eadie to University) πŸ₯²πŸ₯Ή and me changing the business back to a more 121 basis, appts for this month and September are limited. Please can I ask that you book in after each groom. I hate letting anyone down.

Messages, please could I ask that you confirm your appointment within 24 hours. After this I will offer it to others.

Payments - cash, card or bank transfer. If you are bank transferring please can you do this before the groom or on pick up, I ask this for a few reasons. Firstly I’m the worst business woman ever and can forget. Secondly I am crazy busy and I hate chasing people up for payment!!

Christmas (just writing it makes me feel ill) but we have to face it, so let’s face it together πŸ˜‰πŸ€£. We are now booking for the run up to and Christmas week. Our last day will be the 19th December.

Finally just a note to say thank you for all your support. This year especially has been crazy for me and my family, thank you to everyone who have been supportive, offered kind words and just been completely lovely. It’s been such a privilege getting to know you and your doggies. H x

At Beauty without Vanity, your dog is the number one priority. I am passionate about animal welfare and strive to create a grooming experience that is natural, calm and stress free. I operate on a one to one basis, so there is no reason for any dog to be kept waiting. I work in a calm relaxed environment, so the grooming experience is as enjoyable as possible. I always strive to look after your dogs emotional and physical wellbeing. I will never allow a dog to endure anything that they are uncomfortable with.

Hello, my name is Helen, and I am a mum of 5, 3 children and 2 dogs! There have always been dogs in my life and I currently have 2 sheepdog/poodle crosses called Florence and Ernie. I originally qualified as a teacher and am now a fully insured OCN qualified groomer. I am also qualified in dog first aid. I look forward to meeting you and your doggies.
