As part of our customer care commitment, we endeavour to respond to all emails the same working day. Our aspiration is to bring joy to mealtimes for you and your pack, through our encouragement for adding variety to mealtime, with guides on adding other fresh ingredients. We achieve this by carefully selecting all our recipes and providing customers with access to our own in-house canine nutritionist. And our motivation is to reach out to those dogs, whose owners might be experiencing hardship, by supporting carefully chosen charities and non-profit organisations. No dog should be unloved or unfed.
