Update on Mouse
As it’s been nearly a year since we adopted Mouse I thought it was time for an update. He is the sweetest natured little boy and we love him dearly but it has been hard work getting him to where he is now. Having had dogs for almost 30 years we had to seek help from a dog trainer to stop him bolting in the woods, we lost him twice and he covered 5 miles in under 20 minutes. When we contacted Apollos for advice were were told that these dogs are not really suited to a forest environment even though we told them that this where we walk our dogs and we actually live on the the edge of the forest.
He is now and will remain part of our family but it’s been a hard slog.
