2nd session with Freyja

Today my session was with Freyja’s owners parents. Freyja spends alot of time with them so how amazing is it that everyone learns the training. This will ensure that Freyja’s training is consistent no matter who is looking after her 😁

👉Teaching new skills to change how Freyja reacts to cars/ bikes etc.

Can honestly say that today she done absolutely amazing. Great work guys 👏👏👏 👌👌

Training Freya

👉 Freya likes to herd which is her natural instinct . Herding Cars bikes etc is not so good 🙈
👉Teaching Freya’s and her owners today new skills so they all are communicating with each other .
👉Our first session had amazing results . Socialising Freya in different situations and environments and applying these skills will be ongoing .
Fantastic seeing the subtle changes today. Practice , consistency and repetition will be the key to training Freya 🐾🐾🐾

👉Bailey is the definition of over arousal . Everything excites him.
👉This boy is such a sweetie .
👉Back to Basics with Bailey boy.
👉Teaching him calmness reaps rewards 👌
👉Training plan in place to change Baileys response to things that over excite him.
👉Think before u act is what Bailey is learning.
👉Bailey showed he can think during our session and learned fast.
👉Bailey’s daily routine has been restructured to make change . 😁 Learning is fun 😁
Life is about to get so much more calmer for Bailey and his family 👌

Meet Handsome Cooper.

Cooper is a fantastic boy .

👉Training cooper was such a pleasure. He was an eager beaver to get working.
👉Tuning into what drives this beautiful Spaniel got him engaged and focused immediately.
👉Cooper needs outlets that are beneficial to him to meet his needs so that’s what we set up today.
👉Cooper has developed a few bad habits.
Teaching Cooper and his owner to restructure his daily routine . Cooper will learn and enjoy doing things differently 🐾🐾

Training Handsome Woody

1-2-1 session with this stunning wee guy today.

👉Setting Woody up for the future . He learned a few new life skills today.
👉Also Woody demand barks so nipping this in the bud before it becomes a habit 🙈😂

Mo Continuing his loose lead training
👉Mo has hit adolescence and it seemed he had forgotten all he had learned.
👉Deaf ears and no focus .
👉After reviewing Mo’s behaviour and all the changes that had occurred over the last few months it became apparent that he needed to go back to basics .
👉We also changed his diet which can be a factor in change to behaviour.
1 week in and Mo is a lot calmer and has taken to the training like a duck to water.
👉Remembering everything he has learned and strutting his stuff today like a pro during our session.
👉Training needs to be continuous so it becomes second nature .
Here’s Mo and his mum training today in the pouring rain. Big well done 👏

Training Cleo

👉This beautiful girl feels very uneasy about visitors and is generally nervous with anyone coming to close .
👉Setting up this girl with a training plan to build confidence .
👉Change her perception of situations that make her feel uncomfortable.
👉Cleo has had her own way of dealing with things as she hasn’t been shown a better way.
This girl done fantastic during her 1st session👏👏🐾🐾💕💕

Alfie

👉This boy has been learning loads of new skills over the last few months.
👉When I first met him he had no attention span only thing he was interested in was what was exciting Alfie 🙈
👉He was pulling on the lead and had no eye contact and had no concept of calmness.
👉Teaching Alfie what he can do and changing what he shouldn’t be doing has been well worth the effort .
👉Alfie’s owners have shown dedication and have been putting in the hard graft that dog training takes to get results.
👉Everyday brings different situations that we need to teach our dogs to cope with.
👉Training is baby steps there are no quick fixes .
👉Build training-into your daily routine .
Alfie has progressed immensely. We are adding layers each time to cement his learning. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

👉Introduction to sheep ball let’s her practice her natural abilities without the sheep 😂

Training Buster

👉Typical Collie Super intelligent
Took to training immediately.
👉Cooper needs structure .
👉Teaching his mum & dad how to change things up and to get Buster to use his brain calmed everything down so he could think and learn.
👉Buster is a working diog so he needs a job where he can use his brain to keep him calm as no amount of walks would slow this boy down.
👉Even the cat felt comfortable to make an appearance tonight 😂💕🐾🐶💕🐾
Can’t wait to see his progress 😘

Training Beautiful Cooper

Cooper has not had the best of starts to his young life.
👉However he has landed on his feet now though with his new family who clearly adore him and want the best for him.
👉Cooper clearly displayed very good obedience and calm behaviour during our 1st session. However he can find visitors overwhelming.
👉He also feels uncomfortable when people get to close to him on walks.
👉Cooper has improvised to protect himself in these situations .
👉Today we set him up for success by teaching him and his mum /dad new skills to change how he feels in sticky situations.
He was a superstar today can’t wait to see his progress 🐾🐾🐾💕💕💕

Training Alfie Loose Lead

👉Alfie had no eye contact when we met for training. Typical spaniel in search mode as soon as the door was open for his walks.
👉Alfie is now learning to focus on his walks and we will be building on this during our next sessions. Soon he will be a pro 🐾🐾

Training Mo loose lead walking

👉Mo had his 1st session today learning that there is someone attached to the other end of the lead.
👉He likes to chase leaves and pull on the lead which makes walks unpleasant.
👉1st session done and his focus and pulling on the lead has improved dramatically.
