What a Grinch!

It's the busiest day of the year and then we get this! A one star review from someone that isn't even a customer of ours.

The girls work so hard and this is so disheartening, especially in the lead up to Christmas.

We kindly asked the person to move their car so that our customers could access our private carpark safely and they felt the need to respond with this.

If you are a customer of ours, please help us by leaving us a review on Google to help improve our score.

Flea reminder

Please keep your dog up to date with their flea treatment. We recommend veterinary strength treatment to ensure your dog is fully covered.

We do charge a £15 fumigation fee on top of your grooming price if we find fleas.

In cases of infestation, we will stop the groom and request collection immediately. You will be charged for the appointment and fumigation.

During this busy period, we can not guarantee another slot before the end of the year.

If you find fleas on your dog prior to your appointment, get in touch, and we can look at swopping appointments with another customer to ensure all our dogs are happy, healthy and freshly groomed this festive season.

The right person may be able to do their level 2 apprenticeship in dog grooming with us in partnership with Canine Groom School Clitheroe.

It's warm out and we know your dogs maybe struggling. We have had a number of messages over the weekend but unfortunately we are fully booked at the moment and we cannot move appointments.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the EasiDri Cooling coat for any dogs that like to sit outside with their owners. We have had ours 6 years and they are still going strong.

All appointments still stand as the Aircon will be on keeping your dogs nice and cool during the grooming process.

Due to only having Pam grooming and Lucy back on maternity as of next week we have made the tough decision to temporarily close our books to new customers.

We have had to extend some of our current customers usual schedules due to holidays and demand. We hope this will help rectifying our diary.

If your dog is on a regular grooming schedule with us and does not currently have a July or August appointment please get in touch ASAP

Have you ever wondered about our teeth cleaning service?

These photos have been taken during the course of 9 sessions. These are Lucy's Dogs Freddy & Flynn treated by Pam. She has done such a fantastic job 👏

You can not only see tooth improvement but also improved gum health.
Pam has used the non invasive emmi-pet toothbrush along with Orozyme Gel in-between cleans to get these amazing results.
