As the festive season approaches, we’d like to wish all our wonderful clients and their furry family members a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Thank you for trusting us with your pets’ care throughout the year 💙🐶🐱

Please take note of our holiday opening times:

🕰 Christmas Eve: 8:30am – 4:00pm
❌ Christmas Day: Closed
❌ Boxing Day: Closed
🕰 29th & 30th December: 8:30am – 6:30pm
🕰 New Year’s Eve: 8:00am – 4:00pm
❌ New Year’s Day: Closed
📅 From 2nd January onwards: Normal opening times resume

We would like to thank everyone for their understanding over the lass few days with our emails being down.
We do now have limited access and are working our way though the backlog and should hopefully be back up and running soon.

🎄 Christmas Delivery Update 🎄

We’ve been advised by several clients that medication parcels sent via Royal Mail 48-hour service are taking longer than expected to arrive during this busy festive period 📦⏳

To help avoid any delays before Christmas, we kindly advise that repeat medication requests are made within the next couple of days where possible.

If you’re unsure whether your pet will need medication over the holidays, or would like to check on an order, please get in touch — we’re happy to help 🐶🐱💚
