Megan Packman Freelance services. Freelance groom/ pet carer. with over 10 years experience with horses and a wide range of animals from horses to young wildlife such as swallows and voles.

i have started up my own freelance business to help animal owners at affordable competitive rates. I am happy to do most odd jobs round the yard and fields etc from weeding to mucking out and painting stables or jumps. I do have a 4x4 so can get to yards most weathers. Usual days of service are mon , wed , fri 9-3 but can do later with more notice and some weekends if needed. I have expierence wit

h all types of horses including LAMINITIC , old and young etc.. happy to handle cheeky horses on the ground for turning out etc as my old chap is a absolute sod so i am used to all types of behavior on the ground.

Very grateful for this opportunity after taking him to his first show a few months ago and qualifying.
Hopefully going to try some ridden classes with him soon.

A word of warning. Please manage your horses carefully with the sudden grass growth. We have had a huge increase in laminitis and colics within the last 48 hours. We have two vets out there still working right now due to so many calls for this today. Please take care to prevent sudden changes to your horses grass intake by strip grazing or only allowing shorter periods of grazing time, especially if your horse is susceptible to colic or laminitis.
