Last week 🏇
Not even half of my rides this week! But thought I’d pop on here and share with you all on how I’ve been doing! The last few months I have been no stop and I have been loving every second of it, not everyone can say they love their job but I certainly do! Even the naughty ones. ———————————————————So here is a little video edit of some of my rides I’ve had this week and lucky enough for someone to be there to video! I am enjoying every second of everyday when waking up and coming to ride all your beautiful horses/ponies and I can’t thank the owners enough for trusting me with them. Every horse or pony has made some amazing progress in the right direction this week. Now all ready for a new week, let it roll on 🏇
Todays work in the cold snow and wind! With only 2 cancellations. All horses worked well and behaved themselves 😁
The lovely fudge!
Another Pivo video from my session with fudge who is owned by Julie Alfs I also ride her other pony Millie but I didn't video that session as I forgot I had the pivo.
So a schooling and a little jump session on fudge who was foot perfect and is getting better and better every time I ride him! He’s become more round and softer through the 3 gates and through transitions too. He’s come on so much with his jumping as he didn’t do much of it at all but as you can see he loves it also his flying changes I’ve been teaching him! Which he’s got the hang of them quite well. Fudge can be quick and sharp, where he can drop his shoulder and spin quickly which he hasn’t done to me in a while which is good! I’m very pleased with fudge’s progress with me as we have got a bond together and enjoy our sessions, getting the best of work out of him!
Thank you Julie for trusting me to help you with with fudge and Millie, they are both coming on beautifully! 😁
This is Jack, he’s 4 years old and I broke him in late September. This was him today after a hard bare back schooling session ( which I like to do sometimes as you can feel the movement of the horse better without a saddle) it was raining and his friends were there but was foot perfect. we decided to have a bit of fun after, where I have taught he to smile! I decided to take his bridle off and ask him to smile and he did, he didn’t run off or run back to his friends. It so pleasing to have this strong bond with him and trust we have for each other, considering he’s only 4!
Pictures of bare back schooling will be in the comments
Bob's transformation since the first time I rode him to the most recent time. I couldn't be any prouder of him, he went from only schooling for 10 minutes and then throwing many tantrums to now schooling for 40 minutes and hardly any tantrums. We have started to introducing him into jumping and he's getting the hang of it. I am very proud on how much he has come on and I can't wait for the future with him, he's going to be amazing 😁
thank you Lucy for letting me help you produce your boy x
