So, I was just finishing my sausage roll and Dad put me up some houmous on toast fingers so it was all looking good, and then I noticed Dad sorted himself out CHEESE ON TOAST

I mean, he knows full well that cheese on toast is one of my 156 favourite foods on earth, and I get a silly sausage roll and chickpea paste on toast while Dad gets the 'creme de la creme'

He knows I'm in a mood now as I've not touched my houmous on toast apart from the two bits I was almost force fed, and they can stay there for at least another 3 minutes now maybe even 4 minutes so that my point is made!

So we woke up late me and Dad and Dad had to get a brew first while the kettle was boiling I get my wet meat and dry meal and milk and water all lay out and there’s some cheese chopping going on so I get a sprinkle of cheddar over my wet food which is always nice.

Then dad has his second brew and we get cheese on toast. It is my favourite.

And Dads laughing said we got in last night and I jumped on the couch (unusual for me) and I just crashed out. Dad said he gave me 700 kisses all over my eyes and nose and ears and chin and I never moved once. Well it’s hard work being Co-pilot and also staying in a hotel I am always on guard and sleep with one eye open to protect dad so that’s my story.
But now I’m all awake and dads finished his brew so it’s walks time before Dad does some more bloody work today.

Albeit Sunday I’m sure we will have a nice Sunday dinner or three 😁

Well it’s always good to get home even when you’ve had the bestest time ever.
These superstars who go all around the world must have it hard.
It was good to see my extended family and Hugo albeit he was half moody today but I still love him. And Nala has had her tail docked as she sprained it badly so she had a lampshade on.
and on the way home we stopped for the toilet and dad put a pound in the toy machine and we didn’t win one Teddy but we won two at once. Magic.
I’m saving them for tomorrow as I’m knackered. I’ve had my meat and biscuits and milk and 2 bowls of water and I’ll be snoring before you can say sausages.

It’s funny that us dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant but we can help humans finds bombs and explosives and guns and drugs and guide blind people and so many other roles but we can’t be trusted in a restaurant.

It’s a good job Dad has a particular set of skills and ‘acquiring’ sausages outside the normal process for me is one of them. Although a bit of bacon and black pudding and scrambled egg would have been nice on this cold morning.

Anyway. Dad went back twice so 7 sausages in total will fill a little gap until later on. X

Well we finally checked in to the The Basingstoke Country Hotel & Spa and it’s lovely all the staff are friendly and have said hello.
There’s a coach party arrived so Dad is over other side so I don’t be an attention seeker.
I’ve just had my tea and walks and Dad is in the bar with a little pint as he calls it and we all know a pint is a pint. 😴
And fish and chips. And he said it’s an early night a bit of reading his new book and bed.
And busy visiting tomorrow and some more work.

I’m stating to lose my summer coat so it’s a few weeks of the worst time for me itchy times too. And I’ve put weight on this year so I’m gonna look even bigger with my winter coat.
I might have to get a new harness Dad said but I quite like the thought of that.

I’ll miss the summer tho. Everyone seems happier in the summer.

Dads just come home and I think he’s having affairs with other doggies. I mean I can smell other dogs scent all over him.
I don’t know what to do.
I mean, I loved him and gave him a million kisses and licks and cuddles. I can’t help that.
But what if Dad leaves me for another pooch. 😳

Maybe I’m just reading into it too much and getting myself worked up so much over nothing.

And Dad always tells me and he said he’s been to see his little brother and his mum and their Dog a small Jack Russell called CoCo so I guess it’s all innocent.

Just watching bloody Oprah and Jeremy Kyle and judge Rinder. I’m stopping watching them programmes they are not good for my mental health.
