Some new photos of me today. I'm being ever such a good boy in my foster home in Yorkshire and am just waiting for someone to offer me a forever home. I'm getting along really well with my foster brother and sisters but I would also be fine to be rehomed as an only dog. My foster mum is just arranging for me to be cat tested as well.

Some fab photos of me out and about today. I'm a petite 5 yr old pointer boy and am currently in foster in Yorkshire whilst I wait for someone to offer me a home. I get along well with other dogs but would also be suitable to live as an only dog. My recall and walking on the lead are both progressing really well. All I need now is for someone to offer me a forever home.

All going really well in my foster home in Yorkshire. My foster mum calls me the pocket rocket as I'm super fast! She's been working on my recall and it has really improved. She says I'm a quick learner and all I need now is for someone to offer me a forever home.

I've been in my foster home in Yorkshire for 5 days now so thought I'd best do an update to let everyone know how I'm doing. I've settled in really well and getting along great with my 2 foster sisters Maddie and Ava and big foster brother Tango. They are all from Cyprus just like me! I travel well in the car, have been clean in the house and sleep right through the night cuddled in to my foster brother and sisters. My foster mum is working on my recall and lead walking and she says I'm a quick learner. I've been a really good boy and all I now need is for someone to offer me a forever home.

Today Nigel goes to his lovely new foster home. He's off to live in the countryside with three other Pointers for company. We're going to miss him terribly, but we know he's going to have the best time with his new family. We've had lots of ups and downs over the last five months, and while it ultimately just hasn't worked out and our situation has changed, we'll cherish the time we had together. We'll always be proud of how far he's come with his confidence. He's a special little dog. All the best Little Nige, it's been emotional. ❤️

Everyone must remember Nigel found my forever home , he went to his forever home around 3 months ago with one of our existing adopters /dogs
There has been several changes in circumstances in his forever home and his adopters have made the difficult decision to rehome him but he will stay with them until a home is found
Nigel is strong on the lead and his recall has been a bit hit and miss ( very early days for perfect recall).

They have found training two dogs together difficult and dont feel they have the experience required, in hindsight they didn't anticipate the work required for two dogs and both dogs were adopted within 9 months of each other
Whilst the boys get along , Max gets grumpy with Nigel and they have had the odd spat nothing serious
Nigel is a small boy , friendly and playful and what he lacks in size he makes up for in personality
He was in foster in the Uk with Katharine Eva before he went to his forever home and he was a great foster brother and a lot of fun
Nigel will be 5 in March , he would be fine as an only dog or with another dog but someone who has time and patience to work on his pulling on the lead and recall.
Used to living in a home so a good head start

Oh the weather outside is frightful…but the fire is so delightful🔥

Nigel’s feeling a bit under the weather after going under anaesthetic to have his teeth cleaned up. The good news is he didn’t have to have any removed and he’ll be right as rain tomorrow!

He’ll be spending the evening snuggled up on the sofa with an uncharacteristically gentle Max 🐶🐶❤️
