Many people go through significant injuries. As a life coach I have a strong mental attitude which helped me to beat the odds and return to work in 3 months instead of 1 year, which is the expected recovery time. I didn’t know if I would walk again. Ten hours of surgery multiple plates and I had to fight to get back on my feet. I want to share my journey and help anyone facing pain be it horse rider or person suffering with any type of pain. I am going to run free Teams training sessions. Anyone who is interested please drop me a message or email. This is my way of giving back as pain can be truly debilitating physically and mentally.

I had a lovely day out in Worcestershire doing horses yesterday. Fabulous to be back out doing what I love. My purpose is to help owners and animals develop a deep and meaningful connection. Reiki really can make a significant difference to an animals health and wellbeing.

I want to apologise to a few people who have tried to reach me through the website and I have been slow to respond. I lost my beautiful cat Tia recently. It was not expected and took some time for me to process. I am back out doing visits. Even though I see death as just another stage as I can still see and talk to my animals it is still hard letting the physical body go. Beautiful to see Tia and Jess reunited.

Over the last month I have heard this so many times I wanted to talk about it as a life coach. When you tell someone how they should think and feel you are imposing your values and your beliefs on that person. No one can or should tell you how to think or feel. Well they are doing that they are firmly in your business. Well they are over there in your business who is looking after their business.

You are the owner of your thoughts and feelings. Never give that power away and allow someone else to tell you how to feel. If you want to help someone then ask them what they think don’t tell them. It takes minutes to do a real act of kindness. When you own your thoughts you own your reality.
