I had the honour of competing beautiful Jack at the weekend on behalf of my dear friends and clients the Speakman family.

With Jack’s regular jockey away at University I have been entrusted with getting Jack back fit and ready for the season ahead.

We had a lovely run round the unaffiliated 100 class at Epworth, it certainly blew away both of our cobwebs and we started to really understand each other out on the cross country course with Jack putting in a fantastic bold round.

An exciting season ahead for this lovely boy and his family.

I absolutely love hearing how my clients get on out and about. Lottie and Maxxy did their second dressage test last month and both showed a huge improvement!

This pair have been super rewarding to work with and consistent with their training and it’s really starting to show.

A great opportunity for some SJ tips from Hannah in Hopton’s beautiful all weather SJ arena.

This training is open to members able to jump 60cm plus.

Lessons limited to 3 or 4 per group, £15 per rider.

Thursday 28th July 7pm ‘Getting to know Cross Country’ with Hannah Clark (Marshall) 7pm via zoom open for members aged 11 plus, parents welcome.

Join Hannah for a two-week intro to Cross Country.

Week one we will discuss how to train and prepare for an event and the importance of pre and post event care.

Week two will be a virtual run through of what to expect at an event including a virtual course walk with Hannah.

Well we’re now officially Mr and Mrs Clark!

Business as usual now after the most incredible day celebrating, with not a riding hat in sight!

Time to get back on all my slightly fresh horses today and get event ready again in time for Frickley, we’ve a busy latter half of the season planned.

Just putting the feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in Cross Country Clinics with me!

I’m currently competing regularly at BE Novice level and looking to step up this year 🤞

I have experience with a wide variety of horses and strongly believe in taking a positive and relaxed approach to Cross Country riding in order to cement a confident riding style and a strong bond between horse and rider.

I’m also available for individual and group Cross Country Training over the coming months in addition to flat work and jumping lessons.
