The set up itself is as simple as setting up your smartphone.
Thing to remember:
✅️take foils off, as after cooking these may be stuck on
✅️TM6 should never work on edge of worktop
✅️adjust cable lenght to your need
✅️wash all elements before first cooking
✅️use it use it use it

➡️ bake 250°C for 8-10 mins

I got obsessed! 🙃 Before TM6 I made some cakes, but wasn't much interested in standing in kitchen for hours first looking for recipes, ingrediends then cooking with many appliances then cleaning all that.
NO THANKS.
With Thermomix, I can and I want to make my own bread, ice cream, stock cubes, spices, dips, mayo and so on... because I can do everything in one appliance with all recipes and ingredients lists and it will clean itself. 🤩
I just need to clean the floor because I am so clumsy 😇 but shark hydrovac does that fo me.
so I can relax ale eat great homemade food. impress my guests too 💙 and save so much money!!

This is typical polish dinner I think. Personally I ate it many many times in my life but never actually made it.
And yes it was a bit of effort 😆
Pork shoulder in its own sauce with onion cooked itself but Spätzle... well let's say I made them the easier way 😅
✅️800g pork shoulder
✅salt and pepper 🧂
️✅flour
️✅️200g onion
✅️garlic glove
✅️oil and vegetavle stock
✅water ️
✅️bay leaf and peppercorn
➡️chop onion and garlic and fry it with oil
➡️add the rest of ingredients and cook for 90mins
➡️remove meat, add flour majoran and lemon juice, cook until thickened
SPÄTZLE
✅300g flour
️✅salt 🧂
️✅2 eggs 🥚
️✅️150g milk 🥛
➡️make batter and create shapes on boiling water
This makes great dinner. 👍
