Lovely update on Paddy from his mum - Update on Paddy.
Sorry but I don’t have Facebook.
Just coming to the end of our 5th month.

He’s an amazing beautiful boy. So loving and extremely friendly with everyone.... children, the elderly & has become a fantastic ‘PAT dog’.

He has filled that big void our last dog left.
So thank you for sending him us.

He had his check with Nicki our vet & has gained all his muscle tone back & is a strong 31.6kg boy... very healthy with a big appetite which we have to watch....
Everyone at the veterinary practice adores him.
We are still walking him on a long line when out in big open spaces. His recall is getting there but he loves being out in the big secure open fields and playing with our friends two golden retrievers in their 4-5 acre garden.
He likes to chase cyclists and horses given half a chance...
He’s just brilliant.

Does anyone have any helpful advice, tips or solutions to help reduce Paddy’s prey drive. We have tried nearly everything that is recommended but have read that remote citronella collars can be useful in breaking that urge when on a scent..... has anyone used one before?! we were thinking of this as a very last resort if recommended xx

Paddy loves looking out of the window everyday seeing what the neighbours are up to as well as spying on mum and dad!! 😂😂😂

Paddy out for walks. Loving every second sniffing and getting used to all the new smells and surrounding.
He loves being outside apart from when it rains 😂. But he is getting better and better and adapting to what is around him and can’t wait to see how he progresses.

Paddy had his first vet visit since being with us today. Full and clean bill of health, our vet commended Apollo’s Angels on the level of preparation and detail they provided, saying it was the best she has ever seen.
As well as saying what a beautiful happy boy he is!!

Day 2 with Paddy and he’s learning so much!! He loves playing football and playing will all his toys.
Giving big hugs and getting attention is his speciality 😂.
He loves exploring everywhere he goes taking it all in.
He also loves his food and treat time!!!

New boy arrived this week.
Was sent to a trainer 6 months ago who lost him and he's turned up 6 months later , clearly replaced as he had a registered microchip but they signed him over
He's 5 years old
