Home from home dog day care

I am a qualified dog groomer, hobby Labrador breeder and ex veterinary nurse with a passion for looking after dogs. After spending some years working in an office environment I decided I would make my hobby my career.

I would like to stress that this is not any ordinary dog day care setting. Each dog attending Lizzy’s Dogs is carefully assessed for temperament and sociability before they are accepted to be part of our very small (3 dogs per day max - usually 2) team. We spend the day doing lovely, stress free, every day activities. These include 2 long, off lead walks, resting and chilling in my cottage home and spending time playing or just lying around in my beautiful cottage garden.

I work with the dogs to make sure their experience with me is stress free and enjoyable so they will always want to come back. I will take on board any special requirements individual dogs may have and report back to the owners at the end of the day with any concerns I may have.

On top of this, included in the price, I offer a pick and drop off service from your home (within 5 miles of Alphington, Exeter). Just give me a call and I will be happy to discuss your requirements.
