📢 We have had a very challenging start after the Christmas break, battling UK-wide delay problems from DPD and harsh weather conditions. This has resulted in some packages arriving later than expected, and we have been doing all we can to sort out the delivery issues.
All packages are with DPD and they are delivering them as quickly as they can. Unfortunately, once they have left the farm we have less control on the delivery but we are working closely with DPD to minimise disruption.

If you are experiencing delays and need to contact us, please do so via email at [email protected]. For those who have been in touch, we are working as quickly as possible to respond to your messages. We really appreciate our customers' understanding and patience over the past few days.

With the Christmas holidays upon us, please note that both our team and DPD will have adjusted schedules. Therefore, orders placed between the 20th of December and the 1st of January will be sent on the following dates:

📦 23rd of December (orders from 20th Dec to 2pm on 23rd Dec)
📦 30th of December (orders placed from 2pm on 23rd Dec to 2pm on 30th Dec)
📦 2nd of January (orders placed from 2pm on 30th Dec to 2pm on 2nd Jan)

If you have a subscription due to renew during the period, it will be sent on the three dates stated above, depending on its renewal date.
