Thankfully it's a bit cooler today so I'm not quite so wilted. At least all the washing has dried nicely over the last few days. I do love the smell of washing dried on the line. :-)

Mr. B and I had Master Ezra today. Boy has it been hot but he was a very good boy. I've had a shower to try and cool down so now time to relax with my knitty needles and some recorded tv. 😊

More pretties to end the week with. This passion flower was only planted a few weeks ago and isn't very big although it is growing. I was so surprised to see flower buds on such a small plant but now they are opening in the sunshine. :-)

I don't know if any of my followers with a FB business page can help me? Over the last few days I've been getting almost 200 adverts a day on my business page when I used to rarely get them. 99% of them are for things I'm not remotely interested in. Scrolling down to see the pages I follow is a nightmare and takes forever. It's driving me absolutely crazy!!!!! I haven't changed anything on my laptop (I don't use my phone) so I'm presuming it's FB that has changed things. I've tried Google but nothing relevant only getting rid of your own ads.
Any help from a rather frazzled with it all Buzybee would be gratefully received.

Thankyou everyone for the good wishes for my laser eye surgery. It all went very smoothly and was quick and painless which is a bonus. The results were instantaneous too. :-) I knew my sight was very bad but didn't realise how much until afterwards. The only downside is I can now see all the dust etc in my house which I thought was clean! Hey ho. A cleaning spree has now started to get things back to how they should be. Then it's knitty time. :-)

This will be my last post until the beginning of next week as I'm having laser surgery on my eyes tomorrow. Mr. B and I have taken the decision to have the treatment privately as waiting for the NHS is a long time especially as I can't even read the paper etc now. Even typing this everything is all blurry. This problem is common after cataract surgery apparently. The only knitting I have managed to do is prem baby hats as I can do them without a pattern.
Hopefully it will all go well and normal service will resume. :-)

Yay the sun is out after a lot of wet and windy stuff. The garden needs the rain though so I won't complain. Thankfully Masters Theo and Ezra's daddy came yesterday to take down the tent they had pitched in our back garden as a trial run before a camping weekend in a couple of weeks time. It was safely back in it's bag just after supper.
Hopefully there will be some sunshine over the weekend to brighten our days.

It was a tiny plant but in less than a month it has grown to 2' and has several flower buds. I was most surprised to see those on such a small plant. As many of you know I had cataracts removed from both my eyes just over a year ago. I've been finding it increasingly hard to read writing on the tv planner as well as magazines, the newspaper, etc. Everything is just getting misty too. After seeing the optician I have a film growing over the new lens in my eye that needs laser surgery to remove it. It's very common apparently. As I had the cataracts done at a private clinic but on the NHS I have been referred back to them. The earliest appointment they have is 29th August! It was just a few weeks for my cataract surgery but even the clinic is struggling to help the NHS now. The NHS waiting list for treatment is way longer. Please forgive any typos in my posts as I literally am struggling to see what I'm doing.

I had my first vestibular physio session this morning which has left me feeling very tired and a bit giddy which was to be expected. I'm going to take it easy until things settle.

ENT update.
They didn't need to twist my head thankfully. NOT positional vertigo as a GP thought but Vestibular migraine as diagnosed by the physio. Hopefully with new meds I will start to feel more like me soon and not sick and giddy a lot of the time. 🙂
