Polite notice 🎄

I am fully booked until the 30th of December, when I have dogs in the salon I cannot answer the phone due to my complete attention being on the dogs.

I am a single groomer working on my own, and am extremely busy. Please do not be aggressive towards me as this won’t get you an appointment or any appointment with myself in the future. Anybody that is rude or aggressive will be banned.

Please be kind to your groomer this Christmas! We are doing the best we can ❤️

With only 6 days left until Christmas this is just a polite notice

It is extremely busy at the moment, and I am only a one woman salon. I appreciate all the support you’ve given me throughout the year

However please note due to being a one woman salon and a 1-1 groomer I do have to keep to schedule to make sure appointments don’t run over.

I can only have 1 household at a time in the salon which means no dogs come into contact.

Please be mindful of this, I will be messaging everybody 15 minutes heads up before collection to ensure your dog/dogs have been collected before my next client.

Also please if you cannot make your appointment please let me know 48 hours prior or I will have to charge 50% for your missed appointment as I don’t have enough time to fill that appointment slot and have a long cancellation list!

Now let’s do Christmas 🎄

Please also note December is extremely busy for me!

I will not be able to accept your dog if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment! I am a 1-1 groomer and time keeping is extremely important to make sure my day runs smoothly and it doesn’t have a knock on effect to my next customer.

Hoping this will help somebody’s pooch 🐶

I know this time of year is super stressful for them with all the loud banging.

Here’s a little tip on how to use a household item to help with stress by using your dogs pressure points 🙂

It works similar to a thunder shirt/vest or a swaddle blanket

Step 4: tie the loose ends over the dogs back just above the pelvis. Should be tight but not restrictive. (Please do not tie your dog to your back as the instructions read 😂😂😂😂
