A nice shady walk this evening for Apollo, Ash and Bella - always working on improving our dogs behaviour wherever we go!

We came across horses, people, cyclists and dogs and still kept control of our dogs at all times!

Training your dog shouldn’t be a chore that you dread doing, it should become a part of your lifestyle like going to the gym - daily practice and consistency is what gets results!

🐾 Hattie 🐾

Met this cutie Hattie yesterday, talked through all the psychology side with the owners and got to work on the foundation training.

Yesterday we went through markers, luring, engagement, teaching respect with food and introducing her to the crate. She loved it.

Looking forward to working with this beautiful pooch and her owners over the next month.

Does everyone remember Roe? If not her before video is on my page...I'm so proud of this girl and her owners for putting in all the hard work to get her were she is now. She's come far, she's no longer barking at every person or every dog, now walking to heel and taking in the environment. Although Roe has a long way to go to get her confidence up, she's on the right path to becoming a happier pooch. Thanks to for meeting up with me to build her confidence around a new dog.

Cute Puppy Alert 🐾

Our last session of my puppy course with the lovely Betty. In our last session we went through recall and how to use engagement, to teach respect and healthy play using toys. Betty's owners have plenty to practice and put into place from our 1-1 puppy course. I'm looking forward to catching up with Betty and her owners in a couple of months.

This beautiful girl and their owners have come on so far with building on their relationship. She's so much more engaged with them and they can now enjoy their walks with her. Shout out to the owners for putting in the work.

With the foundations in place and the level they are at, we can now work on recall in low distraction area 🐾🐶

Roe is getting there...well done to the owners for putting all the hard work in 💪 they had to completely change the way they lived with her and their relationship. Dog training is a lifestyle and it also takes time. There is no such thing as a quick fix, you have to put the hard work in, and over time you will see the results

🐾 Cali 🐾

Cali is a Collie x GSD she gets very excitable inside and outside the home and is in a very heightened state of mind. When a dog is in a heightened state of mind, it's tricky to train them as they are unable to focus.

We got to work on the structure and boundaries they needed to put in place within their home, starting low distraction teaching the owners how to calm Cali's behaviours for her to be in a calmer state of mind and she finally starts to show them some engagement.

Who remembers puppy Bruno?
Getting a puppy is a massive responsibility and you owe it to them to train them. If you've just got a pup, whether it's myself or another trainer, I would highly recommend you invest in a trainer. By doing this, it gets you and your pup off to the best start by building a healthy relationship. Every dog needs training.

Met this beautiful girl Mabel last week. The owners got intouch for some simple behaviours inside the house with excitement, such as flying out of the crate when the door opened and jumping up at visitors. Client update to follow 🐾

🐾 Roe 🐾

Roe's owners got in touch as she started to become reactive inside and outside the home with dogs and people. Roe is very anxious, we have started implementing more structure and boundaries within the home and started building on the foundations before we moved outside. Roe's owners have been dedicated over the past few weeks to implement everything I have advised, look forward to her seeing their progress over the next couple of weeks

Training is a lifestyle. My 2 dogs do a 20min- half an hour training walk (individually) with me everyday. If I have a busy day ahead - I get up early to make sure I have the time to do this. With having 2 dogs it's double the time and work, but there are no excuses

Today I met the lovely Bruno, German Shepard pup.

I covered all of the important foundations for when you bring your puppy home.

We went through marker training, luring, engagement.

I met the lovely Roe last week. She's very anxious, due to her anxiety she has become reactive to dogs/people outside the home and people coming into the home. Uploads over the next coming weeks to follow her journey. After our first consultation the owners understand the structure & boundaries they need to implement to help Roe with her anxiety and build on their relationship. They are committed to get Roe on the right path 🐾

🐾 Callie 🐾

Teaching Callie's owners how to introduce her to the crate. We went through how implementing structure and boundaries are important, as well as teaching her to decompress in and out of the crate. I will be seeing Callie and her owners in a couple of weeks time to see their progress and help them on other elements of their training with Callie

My clients wanted to introduce Floyd to a crate. After our session last week they have been working on teaching Floyd what crate means and building up on distance. Keep up the good work guys! Can't wait to see how Floyd gets on over the next few weeks 🙌
