Attention All Customers - unfortunately due to constant late cancellations every single week I have no choice but to start taking security deposits for all bookings, for new and existing clients going forward.

Deposits (50% of total groom price) are NON REFUNDABLE if appointment is cancelled for any reason. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, at least 72 hours (3 days) notice is required, then your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment date. Any notice less than 3 days and you will have to pay the deposit again in order to reschedule a new date.

Note: Deposit is refunded in full if dog passes away.

Attention All Customers - if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to give at least 3 days notice to me. I simply cannot afford last minute cancellations, this affects my business, income, loss of time and when you cancel on me last minute it makes it difficult to pay my bills. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I do not take deposits on booking, which means I am placing my time and wages in your hands. Please do not waste my time by booking and then cancelling/not keeping to appointments. I could be helping other dogs, that I have had to either give a later appointment date to, or turn away altogether due to lack of availability.

If you book an appointment with me, you are booking time out of my diary to come and groom your dog. Set yourself reminders, alarms, write on your calendar. There are several different ways to remind yourself of the appointment you have booked for my service.

Although I try to send text reminders when and where possible, it is not my responsibility to send these reminders and people should not be banking on these to remember their appointments. YOU need to remember YOUR appointment that YOU booked.

I understand things in life happens and some things can’t be avoided, but simply be expected to still pay the grooming fee if you need to cancel or try to reschedule in less than 3 days notice. Anything 72 hours or above notice is absolutely fine.

To all my loyal customers who are capable of sticking to and remembering their own appointments, I thank you all so much for your continued support and generosity, you know who you are. I really do appreciate you and your lovely dogs.

As New Year approaches I would like to say a massive thank you to all clients who have had their dogs groomed by me. I started mobile dog grooming midway through 2023 and I have learnt so much and loved every second of the journey so far. I hope you have all been happy with how your dogs look and smell after they have been groomed, as much as I have enjoyed grooming your dogs 😊 I look forward to seeing you all in 2024.
