Can I just give a polite reminder that If you book a groom with me, If you are unable to make your appointment I am very happy to reschedule for you, and please keep to the appointment time given? I have had far too many customers book appointments and not turn up, I then have no time to give another dog a chance for an appointment, I have had at least a dozen New Customers no show since Lockdown lifted.
As of today, I will be requesting a deposit system. Many thanks for reading. Tammy xx

Hi everyone, just to update you, I am open for business as usual from Monday 29th, ring or message me for an appointment, and I look forward to seeing you all again. I will still be working under the Covid safe rules. From a bath and blow-dry to a full groom, just enquire.

Evening everyone, yet again we are in another National Lockdown, I have postponed my appointments tomorrow until I get official confirmation from Public Health to see if I am able to remain open or have to close.
Apologies once again.

Just an update, I will remain closed due to the Coronavirus as my business is classed as non-essential.
I have had quite a few phone calls this week asking if I am open.
I am making a list of dogs who wish to be seen as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. I imagine it will be very busy!
Please contact me if you would like to be put on this list on a First come, first seen basis.
I will be opening earlier and closing later as we have longer daylight hours.
I will need your name and contact number, dog's name and breed, and a morning or afternoon early evening preference, once I have this list, I shall be able to schedule appointments as fairly as possible when the closure has been lifted.
I look forward to hearing from you all by text, phone, my page, email, Google.

Arlo the little Shih Tsu who is so full of beans and excitement almost makes it impossible to groom, for a 1st visit and given time and plenty of patience we didn't do badly, mum was pleased, and Arlo was happy, see you again soon ###
