Playing with leather at the moment and looking at creating little packs of cable tidies. Don't know about you but I've got cables everywhere and I get fed up of the little wire ties and velcro ones so these will be held together with press studs.

Plain, plain/patterned or coloured/patterned - what would be your preference?

My son bought me this for Christmas. I've just finished building it. I love the fact that there are so many working parts to it, including a pendulum that swings and is adjustable. Plus it will actually tell the time (when I find those pesky AA batteries).

A couple more bags completed. I love the raspberry pink fabric but it is an interesting experience turning bags made from it! Thankfully the paw print fabric is much easier.

Onto the next project. A different style of bag, smaller and less complex.

Today was a good day. 2 more bags ready to assemble tomorrow and another tuggy toy made. Both the bags and the tuggy toys will be going into Court Yard Crafts, Osbornby.

This might not seem a lot for a days work, but after the last 18 months of awfulness, I'm still building up my time in the workshop.

Following a conversation I had today about Snuffle balls making colourful and fun decorations, I thought I would have a play and see what happened. These came out approximately 2.5"/6.3cm in diameter.

This is the result. 2 cute little fleecy balls!

Also still experimenting with rope and fleece tuggy toys.

So I've taken another step to getting online and created a MadeMe shop. Only got Christmas Bandanas and Snuffle Balls on there at the moment but it's a big step in the right direction. Need to improve my photos still but baby steps.
