Happy International Puppy Day everyone🥰couldn't resist posting these obviously very scary😅 puppies...
We are so lucky to have Jess, our wonderful veterinary receptionist, who has been supporting our team now for 4 years! 🥰Jess you do your job every day with so much compassion and heart. We are proud to call you a member of the team and are very much looking forward to the next years. #veterinaryreceptionist #workanniversary
We had a photoshoot last week for our new website.
Thank you to Rich from #alexstylesphotography and to Pat Rochelle with her dog Maggie for their unwavering support. Also a big thanks to Jenny Prosser with her dogs Pickle and Bailey. Jenny you are always there for us 😍. Watch the video to see how it went down with the models in play
Staff pet Sonnie is having a lovely time trying to catch ALL the snow! 😆 We would love to see your pet's enjoying the snow too if you would like to share!? Keep warm everyone 🫠💗❄️
None of us pet carers want to think about that last goodbye ahead of time. At Dignipets we find it important that you know we exist as a veterinary hospice service.
We have been searching for years for a way to explain what we do at Dignipets and finally feel we have made some progress with this new animation. It is a gentle way of showing any pet carer ahead of an end of life visit what to expect. #petloss #dignipets #hospicevets
Special thanks to KiiRO Creative and Andre Schoorlemmer for making it happen...
This is our receptionist Jess and her little helper Minky. This week we are celebrating Jess being a receptionist with Dignipets for 3 years!
Minky the cat is 16 years old and is on Jess her desk every day, so I suppose she deserves just as much praise. Thank you, Jess, for everything you do. We are looking forward to the next 3 years🥰
Pen surprise!!!
Did you know we sent and handed out quite a few Dignipets pens last week when we sent our Newsletter to all practices to celebrate Veterinary Receptionists Appreciation Day. However, we forget to tell them the pens are biodegradable and have a marker on the back. Not even our own vets knew as demonstrated in this video by Merel!!
2000 Likes! Thank you so much for your support. ❤️ We really want everyone to know they have that option when it comes to their pet's end of life care to be at home in their pet's own environment. We hope we can also raise awareness that hospice and palliative care can apply to pets as well as people. Our aim is to make your pet as comfortable as possible in familiar surroundings. 💗
Last week we announced the 3 charities we would be supporting with any unused medications that are donated to us. Here is some further information about the first of these charities, Himalayan Animal Rescue Trust (HART):
HART works with street animals in Nepal. Some of these animals have no owners and must fend for themselves to survive. Others are partially adopted but their owners do not have spare funds for veterinary medicines. The vets at HART are able to make use of donated medications for animals provided they are in date. These supplies can help improve treatments and contribute to better health and outcomes for animals in need.
