Following our own experience with our dog when we thought she could be pregnant, we decided to provide a mobile service that was both in the comfort of the dog's own home (to alleviate the stress of the vetinary environment) and more affordable than in the clinical setting. The appointments cover a wide time frame for convenience and out-of-hours or emergencies will be considered. We are based in
Staffordshire and offer free travel within a 10 mile radius, we also cover up to 50 mile radius for additional cost (contact us for a quote). Alternatively, we can provide our scanning/microchipping services at our own, dog-welcoming office in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Rest assured, we use vet-grade ultrasound equipment and are fully trained sonographers. We can provide an image of the scan, should you require, and our sonographer will provide you with a consultation afterwards where she can go through the images/findings with you and any referrals you may need. From 6th April 2016 it is a legal requirement that your dog is microchipped and their details entered on one of the authorised databases. Failure to do this may result in a fine of up to £500. Kingswood Canine Services are DEFRA/Secretary of State trained in microchipping your best friend and can offer discounted services to any confirmed litters for existing customers.
