UPDATE : SNOW β„οΈπŸŒ¨β˜ƒοΈβ€ΌοΈ

As some of you may have already seen on the forcast we are expecting some snow this week!

Please note: As per our cancellation policy for extreme weather - There is a high chance walks may be cancelled if the snow fall is substantial and travel becomes disrupted or I feel it is unsafe!

If this happens I will aim to let everyone know as early as possible once a decission has been made, so you can make alternative arrangements for your pets if needed.

Whilst I fully apprechite it is not ideal to have to cancel walks on the day/last min... please note that my policies are in line with many other local professional dog walkers and we work together/talk to each other when making these sorts of decissions. Please rest assured I will do my best where I can, but safety is and always will be my top priority!

Please remember each group walk can take 2- 2 1/2 hrs for me (round trip) on a typical day and it is a real concern for all dog walkers if traffic starts to slow significantly! I have to risk assess and bear in mind the length of time it could take to get them all home! For example if the journey took 3 x as long we could have dogs stuck in a van for hrs!

If we only have a sprinkling over night (roads are mainly clear)❄️ walks will go ahead as usual and I will be constantly risk assesing throughout the day to make sure we all stay safe! If needed walks may be cut short or cancelled last min to make sure we all get home safely!

Also just a reminder as the weather gets colder to leave out any coats/jumpers/towels and together we can make sure we are all having the best time on our adventures!

Lastly- You know your pets best and all breeds are different!! 😊 If at any point you feel it is safer for your dog to miss a walk where we have had minimal snowfall just let me know and I will refund any money owed back off your December invoice!

Now that halloween and bonfire night are over our attention turns to Christmas!!!!!!

Reminder - We break up for Christmas this year on Friday 20th Dec for 1 full week! During this time I will NOT be available to walk your pets so please make sure to allow sufficient time to make any alternative care arrangements where needed!

I will be back bright and early on Monday 30th Dec and I will also be available this year on new years eve/day for regular day (Tuesday/ Wed) clients ONLY if needed!
