CLIENT EVENING - 27/2/2023 7pm
At Saddlesdane Equestrian Centre
As Kent’s only Specialist Equine Veterinary Dentistry Practice we would like to invite to a client evening! We are proud to be an independent veterinary practice who put patients before profits.
Come and meet Rob, Matteo, Sammy and Flick for a evening of education on all things dental.
We will be discussing what we look for on an oral examination, advanced dental procedures and when they might be needed and dental care for our older patients.
Saddlesdane have kindly agreed to open their cafe for us, and we will be providing complimentary teas and coffees for all attendees.
Also there will be a chance to
WIN A LEMIEUX SADDLE PAD
for one lucky attendee!
Please email [email protected] to reserve your place. We look forward to seeing you all!

Earlier this week Rob’s daughter, Olivia, took to the slopes - her pony Midnight wanted to race 😂
Juvenile Diastemata
This week we managed to follow up on a case we have been treating for the past 18mths. When we first saw this 2.5yo Arab Gelding he was quidding and had bilateral jaw swellings caused by deep periodontal disease. There was concern that the periodontal disease if left untreated might affect the developing adult teeth. Now 18mths later following treatment to prevent the food packing, the deciduous (baby) teeth have been lost and the healthy permanent dentition have erupted in to position.
Managing periodontal disease can be really challenging and require considerable experience in treatment selection to acheive the best outcomes. We are delighted with the result in this case 😊
