🎆 Tips to help your dogs through the Firework Season 🎆

✅ Close the curtains and turn up the lights to reduce the noise and flashes
✅ Turn up the radio/tv (Classic FM play calming music 🎶)
✅ Ensure your dog’s ID and microchip are up-to-date
✅ Walk your dogs before it gets dark
✅ Keep your dogs inside after dark and ensure that your garden gates and fences are secure
✅ Support your dog if it is scared, but let your dog decide where it feels safe - if it’s under your bed/the cupboard etc, that’s fine and leave it there, if it’s safe to do so
✅ Give them a safe space/den to hide with blankets to help drown out the bangs
✅ If you know your dog will be super scared or if you have a noise phobic/nervous dog, see/talk to your vet now as they will be able to help you support your dog
