We are incredibly sad to add Isis to our “IN PRECIOUS MEMORY OF” album... At just 6 and a half years old, she fell asleep yesterday and was the second Dogue lost by Edd’s owner in only two months. She is understandably devastated and inconsolable as she absolutely adored her Dogues. They have both crossed the 🌈 bridge leaving a 1 year old DDB who is missing them terribly, especially Isis as he was very very close to her.

Isis was brave, gentle, loyal, loving, she had an enormous heart and would drop anything for a cuddle... she was trusted with anyone of any age as her nature was the very kindest you could ever expect from a dog.

Isis’s owner would like to thank everyone who have messaged her with kind supportive words and she won’t forget any of it. She called Edd her “lil ol’ man” and to Isis as her “baby girl”.

Her last day was spent being spoiled rotten with whatever she wanted.

Rest in peace princess, your mummy will always love and miss you. 💔👼🐕

On September 21st, 2020, Edd (one of our most loyal supporter’s Dogues) crossed over the bridge 🌈 after having suddenly collapsed following an amazing play session with his two housemates, one of which is missing him very very very much (she only really knew him since she was 11 weeks old and now is just over 6years). He has left a huge hole in their hearts - human and furries alike. Good night sweet, sleep tight, you beautiful boy. 💔

RIP sweetest Miesh - 30.11.2011 to 17.11.2019
Dear Friends
As you may have noticed, the page hasn't been active for some months now. I have had to take time out since losing my beautiful and sweetest girl Miesha in November of last year. Miesha has been such a huge part of helping so many dogues over the years that have been welcomed in to our home for a short stay to address behaviourial issues before becoming available for rehoming. You are always in my thoughts Miesh. We miss you so so much

Due to one of my dogue's being ill and nursing her stronger, the page hasn't been updated for the last week or so. Nyla has thankfully turned a corner and is on the road to recovery. The page will be updated over the next couple of days just to let all of our lovely friends know

DDBR&R was founded in February of 2011 and over the years, some of our dogues that have been adopted and happily settled in their forever homes have sadly since passed to ''Rainbow Bridge''.

This album is being started in memory of the dogues that have passed.

If you have adopted from DDBR&R and your dogue has left this world to embark on their journey to Rainbow Bridge, you are welcome to send a photo and we will add it to our album that will be gradually added to over the coming months ###

** To ALL of our DDB owners/friends - Please ensure that you are aware of the possible early signs of Bloat. It may just save your dogue's life. I usually advise adopters to print off and stick on the inside of one of their kitchen cupboards in case any of the family need to refer to the information **

The highlight of the week was Marmite leaving kennels Friday morning and being adopted by a very lovely & loving family with huge hearts to open their home to a 7 year old DDB gentle-dogue!!
