Hello everyone,
Hope you are all having a wonderful week so far!
I’ve been having a lot of customers turn up late to appointments/picking up, well after the appointment is finished, sometimes even an hour late which puts me behind with my next clients. As you know I do not use cages, so I cannot have dogs together unless they are from the same household.
Please can I request that you come to your appointment/pick up at the time stated because, as I said, this puts me behind and I can’t promise I will have enough time to do a full groom.
I understand there are things out of our control like traffic or unplanned stuff but I’d appreciate a heads up if you are going to be late for the appointment or pick up.
As per my T&Cs, there is a charge for showing up late, please do not make me enforce this.
