Graduate Vet Academy

IVC Evidensia has a fantastic CPD programme for new graduates looking to start their first role in industry.

We understand how much time and effort you’ve put into your training. We’ll nurture that dedication and ambition and offer you an industry leading career path in an environment that actively encourages clinical excellence.

Our Graduate Academy was created based on feedback and research we did with Graduates who had qualified. Our graduates have access to what we believe to be an industry leading CPD programme. You will spend a minimum of 12 days a year off-site training with your contemporaries to further develop your professional and surgical skill set whilst receiving a fantastic salary package and support in practice.

Nurse Academy

IVC Evidensia has a fantastic CPD programme for newly qualified Nurses to deliver valuable and engaging CPD to support integration into the profession and develop their careers. With intakes in March and September we welcome nurses with a registration date of 12 months prior to their intake start date.

Our Nurse Academy is a 12 month programme composed of over 100 hours of CPD worth over £2000. Academy Nurses attend 4 X 2-Day CPD sessions throughout their academy year providing 12 hours of high quality CPD with a particular subject focus. They will also have access to online CPD modules, BVNA Congress, Webinars and BVNA Membership. The Nurse Development team also ensure that our academy nurses are fully supported alongside an Academy Coach in practice and an appointed VN Support outwith practice.
